How It Works

Our wall printing process uses state-of-the-art vertical/inkjet technology to print high-resolution, full-color designs directly onto vertical surfaces. The printer glides along rails or a track system, holding the print head at a precise, adjustable distance from the wall. The image is sent from digital artwork via software, which handles sizing, color calibration, and alignment. Special inks—often UV-curable or otherwise formulated for durability—are sprayed in microscopic droplets, which dry or cure quickly, minimizing smudging or runoff. Because the machine is designed for speed and precision, large murals can be completed in hours rather than days.

One of the standout advantages is surface versatility. These printers can handle a broad range of materials: smooth plaster or drywall, painted masonry or brick, wood panels, glass, tile, even some metals (with proper preparation). Dark-colored or textured surfaces are also manageable, especially when using white ink or primers to ensure vibrancy and adhesion. All of this combines so that what was once only possible via weeks of labor, multiple stages, or specialized artisans can now happen more cleanly, more reliably, and more affordably.
